Identification of potential entrepreneurs/Artisans Identification of viable & feasible enterprise Registration of Enterprises under MSMED Act, 2006. Preparation of Project Reports and Technical guidance Sanction/ Recommendation of different Incentives under IPR provision./ Identification/Rehabilitation of Sick Units. Identification/ Selection/ Recommendation of proposals under Self-employment Scheme Like PMRY & REGP. Coordination with line departments/ Financial institutions for sanction/ grounding of units.
Implementation of Handicrafts scheme like Craft Village, RHA, CFC etc.
Extension of marketing support/ awareness through organizing exhibition/ trade fair.
Organisation of Entrepreneurship Development Programme in collaboration with SISI, NABARD & IED.
Recovery of PMRY loan through Joint Recovery drive and OPDR Act. |

50% VAT re-imbursement eligible for 5 years limited to 100% of fixed capital investment.
In thrust sector i.e. minimum investment of 5.00 Crores in Plant & machinery with minimum employment of 100 persons, there is 75% VAT re-imbursement for 10 years limited to 200% of fixed Capital investment as special Incentive for KBK
100% Entertainment Tax (ET) reimbursement for multiplex Cinema Hall for five years.
5% Interest Subsidy per annum for eligible Micro, Small & thrust Sector for 5 years limited to 10.00 lakh, 20.00 lakh and 1.00 Crore respectively.
100% Electricity Duty (ED) exemption for 5 years for eligible SMEs for contract demand up to 110 KVA
50% cost reimbursement for patent registration maximum up to 5.00 lakhs.
50% cost reimbursement for quality certification maximum up to 2.00 lakhs.
Marketing assistance as per IPR norms.
100% exemption for eligible SMEs leviable under OLR Act for land conversion. |
